Description The Kenrick Excalibur 35/92 3 Hook 3 Roller PVC Multipoint Lock secures uPVC doors by engaging multiple locking points along the frame. It operates on a lift-lever mechanism, allowing the hooks, rollers, and anti-lift pins to fully engage before the euro cylinder is turned to lock. This sequence increases resistance compared to single-point or non-lift systems. With a 35mm backset and 92mm centres (PZ), it is commonly selected as a direct replacement for modern uPVC door installations with a centrally positioned gearbox. The lock features a 16mm wide faceplate with a square-end profile, creating a neat finish within standard uPVC door preparations. Its locking strip runs to an overall length of 2030mm. Three rollers sit along the strip to apply compression against the seals. The centre lock case contains the latch and primary hook, while two additional hooks provide reinforced engagement above and below the centre case. The central lock box houses a latch and hook mechanism and is configured for a euro cylinder. The backset measures 35mm and the centres measure 92mm (PZ). Hook-to-hook measurement is 1240mm, with the top hook positioned 605mm from the centre case and the bottom hook positioned 635mm from the centre. The roller-to-roller measurement is 1420mm.
