Description GU Ferco 35mm 2 Hook 2 Roller Multipoint Door Lock is made for uPVC doors that require a direct replacement strip for GU Ferco lock. It operates by lifting the lever handle that throws two hooks and two rollers, followed by locking through a euro cylinder with a key. It also features a central latch and deadbolt that primarily locks the door within the centre gearbox. With a fixed 35mm backset and 92mm PZ centres, the GU Ferco aligns with standard uPVC handle and cylinder positions where these measurements match the previous setting. This GU Ferco strip is built around a 16mm square end faceplate to suit common uPVC doors. And for added security, it features a central lock which houses the latch and deadbolt, with hooks positioned above and below the gearbox. The rollers sit separately along the strip to provide compression against the keeps. Once fitted, the full length faceplate maintains a consistent appearance along the door edge. The GU Ferco multi-point door lock has a 1490mm hook-to-hook measurement with a top position 725mm and a bottom hook at 765mm from the centre. The two rollers are spaced 700mm apart to spread compression evenly along the frame. And since the lock operates through a lift lever, it can be locked with a key through a euro cylinder. It is also made extendable to suit different door heights and uses a single spindle within the 35mm backset centre case to operate the lock.
