WMS 35/92 3 Deadbolt 4 Roller PVC Multipoint Lock

Description The WMS 35/92 3 Deadbolt 4 Roller PVC Multipoint Lock is designed for uPVC doors that lock by lifting the handle before turning the key. It matches doors that use 92/62mm PZ centres and a Euro cylinder, while also providing a dual spindle arrangement for compatible handle sets. In addition, the 35mm backset positions the spindle behind the faceplate so the handles line up with the existing door preparation points. Along the door edge, a 16mm square-end faceplate carries the locking components and locates the centre case in the middle of the strip. The centre case contains the latch and primary deadbolt, while two additional deadbolts are positioned along the strip. The top deadbolt sits 685mm above the centre case, and the bottom deadbolt sits 715mm below it. This gives a deadbolt-to-deadbolt measurement of 1400mm. Four rollers are also positioned along the strip, with a roller-to-roller measurement of 380mm, helping the door compress against the frame keeps as the lock operates. When the handle is raised, the lift lever drives the deadbolts and rollers from the strip. At the same time, the rollers apply compression against the seals to pull the door into the frame. A Euro cylinder passes through the centre case to secure the lock once the handle has been lifted. The overall strip length measures 1920mm, and the mechanism is extendable to suit compatible uPVC door preparations. During routine maintenance, check that the deadbolts and rollers move freely and enter the frame keeps without obstruction. Applying light lubrication to the latch, deadbolt, additional deadbolts, and rollers will help maintain smooth lift lever operation. If resistance develops during locking, the keeps and door alignment should be checked to ensure proper engagement.
